​Each month we select a book to read on the move - walking to work, stretching before bed, taking the dog out, watering the plants. All movement counts. And if you're not vibing with our book choice, you can pick your own.

 

No pressure. No keeping up. Just interesting reads, optional reflection and flexible accountability  designed to give you space to explore your health and wellbeing at your own pace.
